Planning Elegance has a strong and creative backbone. Everyone on our team has very different and inspired backgrounds that contribute to our wedding coordination expertise. We believe that any wedding and special event coordinator needs to be highly involved in all aspects of the event and play a large role in alternative ideas & wedding scenarios; being innovative with colors, décor, and space; having back-up plans constantly rolling through our minds (just in case); and being able to turn the client’s vision into a reality. We stand by our brides to provide them with multiple vendor options, themes, color scenarios, and ideas so that they have options and get inspired by us as well. No two weddings are identical – we can vouch for that!
Ask anyone who has already been through their wedding day, “How many hours did you spend talking to your coordinator?” Answers vary, but every bride will tell you that the countless hours over the phone, in person, and hundreds of e-mails back and forth created a strong and trusting relationship between them and their coordinator. We emphasize on educating our clients on all the aspects of planning a wedding – we are here to teach about everything from budget to itineraries to cakes all down to the smallest details of big day.
